Turnkey & Tolling
One workspace, used the way your relationship works.
Turnkey and tolling are ways of working with SNL, not separate products. The same offerings support both, with a different emphasis. Many customers work with both, product by product.
Guide Offerings are configured for your customer relationship and your team’s permissions.
Turnkey
SNL sources, manufactures and ships your finished product.
- Follow finished-product orders from receipt to shipment. Orders
- Understand product and BOM context. Products & BOMs
- Send repeat-order requests, one at a time or in bulk. Bulk Submissions
- Keep invoices, balances and aging in view. AR & Invoices
Tolling
You supply materials; SNL manufactures with them.
- Monitor your own raw materials, WIP and finished goods. Inventory On Hand
- See which of your products a material change would affect. Products & BOMs
- Propose new materials, replacements, alternates and suppliers. SKU & Supplier Requests
- Keep material requests and SNL’s responses in one thread.
Hybrid arrangements
If SNL sources some items and you supply others, you use the same workspace for both: one order list, one inventory view of what your company owns, and one place for requests. Nothing needs to be chosen up front.
Availability and expectations
- Your operating model does not by itself grant access. What each person sees is configured for your customer relationship and your team’s permissions.
- Inventory shows only materials and goods your company owns.
- Some offerings are currently available to participating SNL customers.
